My favourite summer activity is being able to be outside without the need for copious amounts of jumpers and coats! We like to go for long bike rides (always ending up at a Starbucks etc. for sustenance!)

My favourite project is still in the works - a mini scrapbook of my 40th birthday in the Maldives! What a holiday that was thanks to the volcano in Iceland giving us 6 extra days in paradise!

{July Kit Demo's}

here are some demo's using our Vintage Chic Cafe JULY kit!

cut pattern paper into strips and then cut slits but not ALL the way through. then bend each piece to curve like a banner.

Title: Life's simple JOYS. i used scallop scissors but turned them around to cut OPPOSITE to mirror the affect of the sassafrass paper!

curl edges on a cut out wind mill to give the affect of movement

use pop dots on stickers and pattern paper to give depth to any paper.

use a spray to create a negative title, lay stickers, spray, let dry, peel off stickers and tada!

used circles in different sizes and pop dots to get the popcorn look

{July Kit}

Kit includes: 1 ea. grey, teal, white, kraft 12x12 cardstock. 1 ea. kraft, white 8 1/2 x 11 cardstock. sassafrass alpha sheet sassafass, basic grey and echo park pattern papers. vintage lace, teal and white cotton thread, polkadot ribbon, teal circle paper, red tablecloth coaster, 2 vintage playing cards, 2 white tags, 1 star sticker sheet, 2 vintage popcorn bags, 1 red zipper, 1 square bubble wrap, 2 brads, 5 jewels, 1 white arrow brad, 1 candy wrapper, 2 wood poker chips and 2 sets of 4 tickets 1 white 1 red.
